
Title: Part Time French Account Coordinator
Location: Hybrid: Remote/In-person Greater Montreal Area
Reports to: Sobeys Account Coordinator and Manager
JOB SUMMARY
XMC is looking for a confident French Account Coordinator who is ready to take on a role in client management and project management from February 27– June 15, 2023. Within this role the candidate will ensure clients have appropriate information and communication leading up to multiple launch events in the Quebec market in March 2023, as well as assist with ongoing client communication and prizing fulfillment for the duration of the program. You will be responsible for supporting the XMC team with project management and act as liaison with French speaking clients.
The candidate will be an extension of the XMC team in the Quebec region and support our French first program which will include translation of documents and presentations.
This role includes contributing as required to the successful execution of programs and projects, post-event metrics, and prizing fulfilment.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall
Responsible for communicating and liaising between client and agency for launch events and ongoing program needs
Work closely with the XMC team to ensure event logistics are completed to client satisfaction and program goals are met
Contribute to the on-time and on-budget delivery of client program including daily/weekly reporting, planning, execution, and reporting
Complete prize fulfillment administration and communication with weekly reporting to key stakeholders
Project Management
Work closely with XMC team to ensure program is on budget and on time
Curate, update and manage master program documents
Responsible for the creation and tracking of Survey Monkeys
Support Account Team in gathering event metrics for reporting purposes and assist with development of program wrap reports
Prizing Fulfillment
Accurately capture and pull prize winner submissions from microsite and social channels
Ensure prize winners meet necessary qualifications as per contest rules & regulations
Manage fulfillment and shipping logistics of prizes to contest winners in a timely manner
Handle incoming communication and outreach (French & English) with contest winners and client contacts
Troubleshoot common challenges and issues with fulfillment strategy
Translation
Translation of all necessary event assets from English to French
Extension of the XMC team as the French-first representative
Prizing and Executional Support
Responsible for sourcing and managing prize communication to winners.
Track prizing inventory and ensure winners receive prizes in a timely manner
Contribute to project planning by coordinating logistical details in the lead up to each event

Weekly Schedule
Remote – Part-Time Hours (20 hours per week) February-March
Remote – Full-Time Hours (40 hours per week) March-June
In-Person on location in Montreal on March 22nd and 23rd (XM activation set-up and launch date)
Requirement to be flexible enough to understand there is no ‘standard’ day on the job
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION REQUIRED
French First Bilingualism is a must (French/English)
Post-secondary education
Experience in experiential marketing and/or field marketing an asset
Previous experience in client management – 1 year
Previous experience in project management – 1 year
Strong organization skills
Ability to work effectively as a team and/or independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
Confident presenting virtually via Microsoft Teams
Available to work a flexible schedule and on-site support for event dates on March 22 & 23 in Montreal
