XMC is looking for an energetic Account Manager/Senior Account Manager, who is ready to take on new and exciting challenges with Canada’s Official Experiential MarketingTM Agency. The Account Manager/Senior Account Manager is the key client interface and is responsible for client program delivery and satisfaction. This role includes the planning, execution, and measurement of programs and projects within the parameters of the overall client brand strategy.

This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of a field marketing team, responsible for retail inventory sell through, product education and managing territory relationships. This role includes integration into the client sales organization and relationship management for successful program delivery, as well as recognizing and realizing opportunities to grow the business.

As an XMC team member, the Account Manager/Senior Account Manager demonstrates collaboration, strives for excellence and always looks to better the agency and improve effectiveness overall.

The ideal candidate for XMC is one with a work-hard attitude; someone dedicated, focused and flexible enough to understand that there is no such thing as a “standard” day on the job.


  • Oversee the national field team and guide internal teams supporting the client account

  • Collaborative and strategic planning with clients to create go-to-market plans for product innovation launch

  • Planning to support regional and national key accounts with Field Sales programs

  • Develop training materials to train on new product innovation

  • Weekly KPI/sales tracking, including reporting structure and shaping program deliverables

  • Participate in the recruitment process including candidate interviews

  • Successful client integration and relationship building

  • Overall XMC team contribution including sharing ideas, enabling the success of others and development of effective processes for delivery


  • 3-5 years of marketing experience (XM/Sponsorship agency setting preferred)

  • 3-5 years field sales experience

  • Experience managing a large team

  • Retail sales experience and knowledge of planograms, retail operations and running product knowledge sessions

  • Cannabis industry experience and knowledge is a must

  • Experience working with CRM platforms or managing CRM infrastructure

  • Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel and experience in WordPress

  • Holds a valid driver’s license

  • Bilingualism an asset (French/English)

  • Related university degree, college diploma or equivalent industry experience
