ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re seeking a Senior Coordinator, Partnership Evaluation, with strong analytical expertise and a strategic mindset to lead the evaluation and optimization of partnership marketing initiatives.
The Senior Coordinator, Partnership Evaluation will be instrumental in managing both client and data-provider relationships, uncovering and reporting powerful performance metrics and developing key insights that help our clients optimize their partnership marketing initiatives.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Analysis & Measurement:
Support quantitative and qualitative analysis of partnership and sponsorship performance
Develop and maintain analytical models to assess ROI, audience impact, and media values
Apply statistical techniques to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
Reporting & Insights:
Build comprehensive performance reports and dashboards to communicate key findings to clients and internal stakeholders
Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling visualizations and insights that inform sales and marketing strategy
Present data-backed recommendations that enhance partnership value and client decision-making
Strategic Evaluation:
Assess sponsorship proposals, sales materials, and partnership assets through an analytical lens to ensure alignment with client objectives and market benchmarks
Provide evidence-based recommendations for strategy development
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, communicating findings, performance trends, and strategic implications in a clear, impactful way.
Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, creative, and insights teams to integrate analytical learnings into broader marketing plans.
Innovation & Process Improvement:
Continuously refine data collection, reporting, and analysis methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Stay current with emerging analytics tools, sponsorship valuation models, and measurement frameworks to improve XMC’s output to clients
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in data analytics, partnership evaluation, or sponsorship marketing measurement and reporting
Very strong quantitative and statistical mindset, with confidence in turning complex data into clear and impactful insights for clients
Proficiency in Excel or similar data-processing tools
Deep understanding of marketing and sponsorship metrics (e.g., media value, ROI modeling, audience reach and engagement).
Proven ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple analyses and deliverables simultaneously.
