Leaders Forum is an exclusive executive conference designed for VP-level and above leaders, bringing together senior decision makers for a multi-day experience in Atlantic Canada. Combining elevated meetings with immersive local experiences, the program featured a premium welcome reception, full-day conference, thoughtfully curated networking opportunities, and unforgettable off-site events that showcased the destination's unique character.
MISSION
Create an elevated experience that redefines the traditional conference. The objective was to strengthen relationships, inspire leadership, and leave attendees with lasting memories through seamless execution, exceptional hospitality, and authentic destination-driven programming.
DELIVERY
XMC managed the event from concept through execution, delivering every touchpoint with precision and creativity.
This included flight and ground transportation across multiple venues and accommodation management for all attendees along with VIP arrival and hospitality services. We provided on-site staffing and executive guest experience management, arranged local entertainment and cultural programming along with custom event design and themed dining experiences.

Standout moments included an interactive life-sized marketplace where guests selected locally inspired products, a themed East Coast lobster boil, and an evening celebration featuring an authentic local band at one of the region's most iconic waterfront venues, creating memorable moments that celebrated both the destination and the attendees.
