XMC Adds Bench Strength to Exec Team with Three Key Promotions

XMC, Canada’s leading independent Sponsorship and Experiential Marketing™ agency, today announced that Sarah Clarke, Bryan Fautley and Alexandra Giffin Randall have each been promoted to Director and will join XMC’s Leadership Team effective September 1, 2022.

Sarah Clarke has played an integral role building XMC’s Campari Canada account while strategically elevating our beverage category capabilities since early 2020. Sarah’s recently led very successful summer campaigns while spearheading 2023 strategies across multiple brands. She inspires confidence in her team and with our clients and I know she’ll be a strong addition to our Executive Leadership Team '' said Mike Samardzic, XMC Partner.

Bryan Fautley joined XMC in November 2019 and has played a significant role in the success of Sobeys’ Tokyo and Beijing Olympic campaigns.

His project management skills are unparalleled as he continues to prove his ability to lead an integrated agency team in the successful launch of Sobeys’ new loyalty program. Finally, Alexandra Giffin Randall is an exceptional leader on our Sobeys account team. Alexandra’s ability to plan and execute across several programs while maintaining a high attention to detail has played a significant role enabling the growth of our XMC and Sobeys partnership since she joined us in March 2019.” said Brittany Lengauer, Associate Vice President.
