XMC Celebrates Brittany Lengauer’s Ascension to Partner

Toronto, January 3, 2024 – XMC, Canada’s official Sponsorship and Experiential Marketing™ agency, today announced the appointment of Brittany Lengauer as Partner effective January 1, 2024.


“Since joining us seven years ago, Britt has been an incredible asset to both our agency and our clients. Her tireless ability to develop highly successful sponsorship and experiential marketing™ campaigns, gain the trust of C-Suite executives, and inspire top performing and passionate XMC teammates across the country is remarkable,” said Steven Lewis, XMC’s Co-Founder. “But it’s her leadership skills that have elevated Britt to this new role and on behalf of the Partners, we can’t wait to work with Britt, in Partnership, to further expand our suite of marketing services and drive our growth.”


Britt embarked on her marketing journey at IMG, where she contributed to Canada Soccer's national grassroots programming and national team partner initiatives. In 2011, she transitioned to GMR Marketing, excelling in sponsorship strategy, program management, and creating impactful consumer experiences across diverse client portfolios. Notably, she played a pivotal role in P&G’s Olympic campaigns for the London 2012, Sochi 2014, and Rio 2016 Games.


In 2017, Britt joined XMC as a Manager, spearheading the development of various client campaigns encompassing traditional experiential programming, national sponsorship strategy and negotiation, and local community investment initiatives. Beyond client work, she assumed a leadership position in driving internal agency initiatives including establishing an impactful culture committee dedicated to ongoing teammate development, recruitment, and retention.


Britt's authentic concern for and connection to both teammates and clients has propelled her rapid rise through the ranks—from Manager to Senior Manager, Director, AVP, VP, and now Partner.


Reflecting on her promotion, Britt shared, “It’s such an honour to join the XMC partnership team alongside Steven Lewis, Peri Luel, Pat McEleney and Mike Samardzic. This promotion signifies more than just a title to me; it stands as a testament to our collective dedication, innovation, and shared vision.
