ROLE OVERVIEW
In the fast-paced world of beverage marketing, we’re seeking a Senior Account Coordinator who is ready to support the delivery of innovative and impactful brand experiences as part of the Molson Coors account team. This role will assist in the execution of integrated programs and activations, working closely with the Account Manager to coordinate program logistics and ensure flawless delivery across multiple channels.
The Senior Account Coordinator will play a key role in managing timelines, tracking budgets, preparing client-ready documents, and liaising with vendors and internal teams to ensure all elements align with Molson Coors’ brand objectives. From local sampling events to large-scale national programs, this position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate brings exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, a hands-on mentality, and the flexibility to excel both independently and within a cross-functional team. Acting as a critical support resource, the candidate will help maintain operational excellence and deliver results that exceed client expectations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management
Contribute to the on-time and on-budget delivery of client programs including daily/weekly reporting, planning, and execution.
Be a business builder, not a brief taker.
Project Management
Support on all project timelines and deliverables for cross-functional working team.
Responsible for leading vendor relationships
Responsible for working with field staff team to source, train, and manage all field staff.
Develop staff training manuals for all activation.
Provide constant communication and direction for field staff, ensuring expectations are set and client deliverables are met.
Hold suppliers and teams accountable to deadlines for production and execution.
Administration
Support manager with budget building by providing accurate vendor costs and field staff hours.
Contribute to budget management by tracking vendor invoices and ensuring vendor payments are issued on time.
Support manager/senior manager with identifying savings throughout duration of a program.
Responsible for ensuring expenses are submitted on time each month and coded appropriately to aide in program reconciliation.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Related university degree, college diploma or equivalent industry experience
Minimum of 2 years of related agency and/or marketing team experience.
Strong team player and collaborates with others to achieve shared goals
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Can work effectively under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong technology skills specifically in Microsoft Office 365.
Ability to apply analytical thinking to daily and weekly client reports
Resourceful in finding information and solutions
Demonstrates dedication to client satisfaction and program success.
Experience in the event, hospitality, and client services industry an asset.
Bilingual (French/English) an asset.
Willing to travel to the United States and across Canada, as may be required.
