Salary Range: $45,000 - $52,000 (pro-rated based on start date)

THE OPPORTUNITY
In the fast-paced on-premise (bars, restaurants, and nightlife venues) environment, we're seeking a Coordinator, On-Premise Marketing to join our Molson account team and bring brand experiences to life. Supporting the on-premise programs and managing events end-to-end, this person will support client relationships, venue partnerships, and coordinate flawless on-the-ground execution with the activation team.
The ideal candidate brings exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, a hands-on mentality, and the flexibility to excel both independently and within a cross-functional team.
Working closely with both the Manager, On-Premise Execution and staffing teams, the candidate will be heavily supporting the execution of on-premise brand experiences: managing timelines, juggling multiple moving pieces, aligning a wide range of stakeholders (clients, venues, suppliers, and field staff), and serving as the primary day-to-day contact for execution on the ground.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support the day-to-day coordination and management of the Molson On-Premise Program.
Work with venues, Molson Sales Reps, vendors and XMC Staffing team to ensure seamless execution of all events.
Assist with client requests, status updates, meeting materials, presentations and follow-up items.
Maintain project plans, timelines, workback schedules, task lists and program trackers.
Coordinate program logistics, including venues, suppliers, staffing, transportation, materials, permits, warehouse management / organization, and equipment.
Work with internal teams including Account Services, Production, Creative, Staffing and Finance to keep deliverables moving.
Assist with program budgets, estimates, purchase orders, invoices, expenses and financial reconciliation (including data transfer between platforms).
Coordinate with vendors and external partners, track commitments and follow up on outstanding deliverables.
Support post-event reporting, recaps, photos, receipts, timesheets, consumer feedback and other program documentation.
Monitor and support on-site teams remotely to overcome challenges or concerns during executions.
Identify potential delays, gaps or execution risks and escalate concerns promptly.
Support the execution and delivery of on-site prizing and contesting as well as program-wide grand-prizing.
Work closely with Manager, On-Premise Execution to bring over 300 events to life annually.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, event management or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in account coordination, marketing, experiential marketing, events, sponsorship, project coordination or a related environment is an asset.
Understanding of or background in hospitality, alcohol or entertainment industry would be an asset.
Experience working in a fast-paced agency or client-service environment is preferred.
Strong organization, time-management and follow-through.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to create strong rapports with a variety of key stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines and changing priorities.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Comfort working independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
Interest in concerts/live music, golf, hockey, soccer, and football.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
The role may require attendance at client meetings, events, activations and off-site locations.
Some evening, weekend or extended hours may be required based on client and program needs.
Occasional travel may be required.
The role operates in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and changing priorities.
Hybrid work model – mandatory three (3) days in office
