This role involves planning, executing, and measuring programs aligned with the overall brand strategy for our Celsius and Mackenzie Investments accounts. The Account Manager will support proposal development and budget creation for sponsorship projects, experiential activations, and employee engagement events.
They will oversee program timelines, ensuring seamless brand experiences from start to finish. As the main point of contact for day-to-day client operations, the Account Manager will provide regular program updates to both internal teams and clients, while collaborating with Senior Management to drive business growth and proactively address client challenges.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall
Executional lead on all client programs, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Contributes to planning, project management, execution and reporting. This may include some resource planning and delegation to account coordinators and other team members.
Project Management
Owner of project timelines, ensuring all key stakeholders (internal and external) are held accountable to deadlines for production, execution, and reporting.
Client Communication
Client relationship building, and client/stakeholder management including anticipating and managing potential challenges on specific projects.
Ensuring ongoing and trusted two-way communications with clients.
Provides regular and timely communication with account team for overall client account coordination and success.
Client Strategy
Contributes to client strategy including providing innovative ideas, exploring new opportunities for client success, and continuous improvement.

Budget Support
Support Senior Manager with building, tracking and reconciliation of all program budgets.
XMC Morale
Contributes to sharing ideas, enabling the success of others, and possessing a positive attitude on a day-to-day basis.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Post-secondary degree, ideally in Business or Marketing.
3+ years of related agency and/or experiential marketing experience.
Experience managing a direct report.
Bilingual (French/English) an asset
Experienced Manager of client projects and events
Ability to effectively develop and communicate ideas to client and internal senior team.
Ability to establish and grow trusted relationships.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Exudes calmness under pressure.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Experience within the sport industry an asset.
